Which of the two is more bothersome?
When someone hacks into an email account, we immediately rush to run an anti-virus, change the password, and make every possible effort to get back the control of the account. Yet we go in stupor when someone hacks into the happiness, in life per se? Why?
Don't let the inertia get the better of you, take control of your life. Do whatever is needed, no matter how hard, how disagreeable it may appear, in order to gain, or re-gain equilibrium in life.
