When we see something good in others, Universe extends an opportunity for us to incorporate that good in ourselves.
When we see something bad in others, Universe extends an advisory to us to bring the change in our conduct, and to abstain from an alike behavior.
In both scenarios when we use the Free Will to bring the change within, the karmic cycle is complete.
